In my sport you’re never too old to pick up the chisel/ (weight) and you have the rest of your life to work on the picture… it’s not a race, there is no finish line!

Body shaping is not ‘body-building’. It is not ‘power-lifting’. It is not ‘weight-lifting’, “muscle building”, gymnastics or circus training… it’s all of these…

Weight and Scales – It’s not a numbers game

Burning fat with exercise will not always be reflected on the scales.

You will be gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat, as it is a lot denser. The real results will be seen in your clothing size, body measurements, skin folds or waste and hip circumference – this is not a numbers game on the scales.

In other words, you can lose inches around the body, and the scales can remain the same, making you think you have not achieved anything – how demoralising!

Q. Why Can’t I get my body to burn fat?
